Yes. Many of our homes are available for purchase during the construction phase, giving buyers an opportunity to secure the home early and, in some cases, personalize select finishes.

Depending on the stage of construction, buyers may be able to choose finishes such as flooring, countertops, cabinetry, paint colors, and other design elements. The earlier you engage, the more options may be available.

No, but you are welcome to have one. We work with both direct buyers and those represented by licensed real estate agents. The process of purchasing/building a home from Meridian Shores will be exactly the same whether you have an agent, or not.

Our homes are designed with resale and livability in mind. We stay aligned with current design trends and buyer preferences, offering features and finishes that deliver both style and long-term value.

Yes. Every new Meridian Shores home includes multiple layers of warranty protection.

Our builder partners provide a one-year builder warranty covering workmanship and other warrantable items in accordance with the builder's warranty program. In addition, Meridian Shores purchases a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® from an independent third-party warranty provider on behalf of every homeowner.

The advantage of this third-party warranty is that coverage remains in place according to the terms of the policy, even if the original builder is no longer in business during the warranty period. This provides homeowners with added peace of mind and an extra layer of protection beyond the builder's warranty.

Our pricing is based on local market conditions, comparable home sales, location, and included features. We aim to offer competitive pricing while delivering exceptional quality.
